DELIVERY

  • All orders are processed, delivered and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following workday. Estimated delivery times are indicative, as delays in postal services or customs are unfortunately out of our control.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately about delivery time.
  • Shipping charges appear during checkout and are calculated depending on the order amount, the shipping option you have chosen and the shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase but if you have changed your mind, no reason to worry!

How do I return my order?

You have the right to return your order within fourteen (14) days from the receipt date of the product. The receipt date is the day that the order has been delivered to the shipping address. You may return the whole or part of your order no questions asked, provided that the items returned are new and unused, in their initial packaging, with all the labels and tags intact. In this case you shall be reimbursed in the same way as you paid for your order and you will only pay for shipping costs of returned products.

Can I exchange my ordered products?

Yes, some products (excluding towels) can be exchanged upon request. Please contact us at info@blackmile.eu indicating your receipt number.

How long will my refund take?

We may withhold reimbursement of the amounts you have paid to us until we receive the product to be returned. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after we receive the returned items. Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund.
